Tree of Hands & Nook

We are thrilled to support Tree of Hands this year!  This incredible organization makes sure that all BVI kids has a gift under their tree this Christmas.  

With the global pandemic, lack of tourism and lost jobs, some families in the BVI are struggling now more than ever.   The volunteers at Tree of Hands are Santa's (local) Little Helpers, distributing age appropriate gifts to families in need, throughout the BVI.  

Their goal is to collect over 800 new and unwrapped gifts between now and the 20th December.  The volunteers then work tireless to sort each gift by gender and age, to ensure that every child receives a present that they love!

How can you help?  Well it couldn't be easier!  Just drop an unwrapped gift off at any of the convenient locations (including Nook!) and Tree of Hands does the rest.  In addition, gifts can be chosen and purchased online through Nook and we'll make sure it gets added to the pile.

To make sure that we have enough for everyone, Nook is donating ALL the proceeds from the used book sales for November and December.  This should be $500 plus and we hope this can go a long way to buying extra gifts that will inevitably be needed.
