Shipping policy

All of our goods are located in our stores in the British Virgin Islands.  Online orders will be available to collect from our Road Town store the same day or next business day.  Shipping outside the BVI is available at additional cost.  Shipping costs are not included and will be billed separately to the customer.  We have several options for shipping and we will endeavour to inform the customer of costs and shipping times for each option as accurately as possible.  Regular shipping time to the US takes 10 days-2weeks.  Regular shipment to the UK takes 2-3 weeks.  Expedited shipping takes 2-3 days globally.  We are not responsible for loss or damages during shipment.
